Throughout my career, I’ve explored HR in diverse contexts: multinational corporations, startups, and scale-ups, in France, the United States, and Germany. These experiences have taught me to adapt quickly, understand different cultures, and turn human challenges into growth levers.

I’m particularly aligned with the world of startups and scale-ups, where energy, creativity, and speed of execution converge. My approach blends strategy and hands-on execution: I build strong HR foundations while staying close to teams on the ground.

In product- and growth-focused environments, HR often becomes a consideration too late. Yet integrating a pragmatic, structured approach to people from the start transforms this human lever into a driver of performance, engagement, and cohesion.

This insight led me to create GripSeed, my HR consulting firm dedicated to startups and SMEs. Unlike traditional offerings, often centered on theory or disconnected presentations, I provide concrete, immediately applicable solutions based on my real experience as an HR Director.
